Hear from other PCES grads:
This course helped me bring my schooling BS and MS in exercise science and my certifications and be able to apply it to real life as a mom and also as a trainer with a passion for helping other moms.
– Malynda
I was surprised by the amount of great content presented in this course. I appreciated how organized the entire course was, which allowed me to comprehend the information and piece it all together as the course built up. I feel very confident with the course material, bonus content, and pdf’s presented to us, that I will be able to successfully treat the postpartum population. Thank you, Sarah!
– Jennifer
I’ve had 6 babies, and taken several other pregnancy and postpartum focused courses, so I thought I already knew a lot about the subject. But, Sarah took my knowledge to a whole new level! This comprehensive course takes a ton of information and breaks everything down into digestible pieces. I have gained such clarity on how the body functions, and what to do when it is struggling. And, as a bonus, by following the ideas and practicing the exercises in the course, I have reduced my own rib flare and diastasis. Thank you, Sarah!
– Jenica Webster – LMBT, CHC
Dr. Sarah’s wealth of knowledge is unmatched and I have enjoyed learning so much from her. The PCES program is a course any personal trainer interested in working with postpartum women should take for the best information.
– Lori Allred, CPT
I found out that my lower TA’s are not firing properly and have been working on the deep breathing exercises that Sarah prescribed and I can already see a difference in the lower belly bulge. I was also able to start working with my clients that had a 2 finger diastasis and was able to close it with 2 sessions. That is such an incredible testimony!
– Candace Rorrer, ACSM Exercise Physiologist [email protected]
I can’t recommend this course enough! The information is INVALUABLE for any practitioner or trainer who treats ANYone with “pressure problems” (from hernias, prolapse & incontinence to back pain, SIJ pain & even knotty necks!). Personally and professionally, choosing this course was one of the BEST decisions I’ve made….
– Jamie
This is by far the best course I have ever taken and worth a lot more that what I paid. The course format is efficient and well presented, and contains a wealth of information in a manner that truly educates. I have been successful in applying what I have learned, as I’m learning it, to myself and clients with great results. Because of what I’ve learned in this course, I have a much better understanding of my body (even though I’ve taken many courses before) in a way never addressed before. Sarah is a very good presenter, good speed, and clear speaking, with a smile and laugh that make the lectures enjoyable and interesting.
– Loni
In the first week of this class, I had already learned more about how I had gotten the injuries I’ve had over the years, than I ever learned from visits to Sports Med Docs, PTs, and Chiros. By the end of the course, I could tell the Pelvic Floor PT exactly what I needed from her to get my body back in working order and had the knowledge to move forward with my recovery. I learned so many things I was able to incorporate into my work with my clients. They are all thrilled with what I’m bringing to them that I learned from Sarah and this course!
– Gretchen Falck Certified Kettlebell and Functional Movement Specialist
I have taken many courses in many fields and none have exceeded my expectations in the way that PCES has. The user-friendly presentation of the theory, the practical analysis in the case studies and the open access to Dr Sarah and her team are all exceptional. The flexibility to study at your leisure, around work and children, is also a joy. Most important to me, however, is the integrated, functional approach to postnatal wellness: from the investigation into the many varied factors at play; to the recognition that many women want to move whilst healing, rather than sit it out. I cannot recommend PCES highly enough: I would – and probably will – do it all over again in a heartbeat! Oh, and 90% of the content is also applicable to the general population…
– Sarah
Immediately upon starting the course, I focused on my breathing as I discovered I was a big belly breather and this needed correcting ASAP. The first thing I noticed was that I stopped leaking when I had a powerful sneeze or a cough. I never leaked any other time so it was rare, but really annoying when it happened. I’m happy to report that this has completely corrected itself bc of the breathing work that I implemented from the course.
– Jessica
This course has made me feel powerful and hopeful to be able to help other women in their journey postpartum. I have found it to be helpful for myself and believe I can now give other women hope and encouragement through my learning to have a stronger, happier and healthier body- overall!
– Lori
Professionally, this course was incredibly thorough and gave so much context to the healing process after baby. There is a lot of misinformation as well as many diluted recommendations regarding postpartum fitness out there, even in the movement world. This course provides so much clarity and depth. Personally, this course has provided me with the direction, tools, and empowerment to facilitate my own healing. I only wish I had come across the course sooner!
– Jenny Redford, Pilates Teacher
I am very impressed with the extent of Sarah’s knowledge. She brings together information from several sources and experts to provide a comprehensive study that focuses on postpartum women. The course is self-paced and online making it easy to fit into anyone’s lifestyle to improve their expertise on a population that desperately needs more help.
-Addie Holzmann, PT, PRC
This is the course you have been needing your entire career!!! I have taken many courses over the years and this has been by far the most thorough and complete course I have ever taken. I wish I knew all this stuff 18 years ago! Sarah does an incredible job of putting together ALL the pieces of the puzzle. She gives SO many “Ah-ha” moments and golden nuggets of information. Dr. Sarah way over delivered with this course. The importance of proper breathing mechanics, synching that with the pelvic floor and the ripple effect it has over the rest of the body is simply mind-blowing. If you work with Postpartum women at any level, you need this course.
– Gloria
Outstanding course tying together tons of theoretical and practical information.
– Brian
I’ve been receiving referrals from a pelvic floor physical therapist for about a year or so now with pretty good success but only now after taking Sarah’s course do I really have the utmost confidence that I’m indeed making the right decisions for my client’s post physical therapy progress, helping them to feel better, and reaching their fitness goals. It also gives my referral system more ammo that when recommending me, they’re not sending their patients to just another meathead personal trainer that could possibly set them back. Having this certification lends a great deal of credibility and confidence that I could not get from any other course or seminar.
– Bryan Francis A.C.E. Certified Personal Trainer
I signed up to Sarah’s Postpartum course on the back of wanting to learn more about prescribing exercises as my clientele includes 90% women! None of my previous training dealt with this group at all. To say I was blown away by the course content is an understatement. Sarah has a passion for the material and a natural presentation style that made learning so much fun, I actually put off finishing the last module because I didn’t want it to end! Thank you so much, Sarah, for sharing your knowledge and putting together one of the most professional online courses I’ve ever undertaken.
– Deb Jeacle PT Maggie Island Bootcamp
This course was essential in improving the level of instruction at our training facility. I am now equipped to not only help postpartum women but have already worked with men and women on correcting various positions, mobilizing their ribcage, breathing better, etc. Sarah’s approach and delivery is easy to understand which makes it easier to process and then relay to others, as well. I could not be more pleased with the investment of time and finances to complete this course. I’m excited to ramp up my ability to help others function and live better!
– Caitlin E Steel Co-Owner, CrossFit Hershey Palmyra, PA USA
I am so thankful for the fantastic information provided in this course. Sarah’s expertise is easily applicable to all of my clients- not just recently postpartum. The course is very thorough and well presented and fills in some of the information gaps from all of my previous movement training and certifications.
-Laura M Amis, Certified Pilates & Yoga Instructor
Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist Course was totally worth its money. It provided step by step information needed to help not only postpartum women but other people with various dysfunctions. This course provides building blocks for assessing and creating programs for clients. Case studies were very helpful to see the real-life application of the information as well as progress. Information is very well presented and I was able to use it right away. This course increased my confidence and added so much to my knowledge that I was able to help patients more efficiently. Sarah is a wonderful instructor and is very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this course.
– Yana, PT.
This course has been incredibly valuable to enhance my tools as a chiropractic professional. There are few courses out there that provide education as well as practical tools to best ensure the treatment of your patients. The wide variety of well respected knowledge bases are invaluable and there is a multitude of academic studies that consistently support the content presented. I am currently planning out the amount of times I need to re-go over the information to make sure I can fully grasp the live changing concepts presented. I want more! Thank you Sarah.
– Stacy
Fantastic course. Highly recommend for any physiotherapist or fitness professional, not just those who work specifically with postpartum women, but any, as the information covered was practical, applicable and useful for almost any client. I’ve applied so much of the breathing work, postural retraining and targeted strengthening work to clients of all ages and both genders.
– Amy
I began this course not only as a Physical Therapist, but also as a mama who had not yet fully “recovered” from giving birth to 3 young (and very close in age) children. I used myself and some of my current patients as a barometer for whether this information was really going to work and improve outcomes. And it did! I was able to close my DRA, and finally felt comfortable with returning to the gym and doing more cardio intensive exercise. As a PT, I have noticed that I am better able to look at the whole patient and have a good understanding of how different parts/systems interact, whether that patient is postpartum or not. I am very glad I decided to take this course! Sarah is an excellent instructor!
– Laura K. Martin, PT, DPT
Thank you for creating this course! It was hugely enjoyable and the correct amount of challenging. I love knowing that establishing good posture and better breathing patterns will go far to help with most of the issues we will see. I enjoyed the process of learning more about my own body and learning about the interconnectedness of our bodies. I feel equipped to actually help the women who come to me for Pilates.
– Zaneta Wright
Sarah Duvall’s Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist course is one of the best courses I’ve ever taken. Though the subject area covered is broad and intricate, Sarah has a great way of breaking it down into clear and understandable chunks. The course provided not only the evidence-based subject material but included great case studies that helped in learning how to assess and identify movement issues in real time. Sarah then provided great guidance in developing the appropriate corrective exercise for each situation. Sarah is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and very easy to relate to. It’s like learning from a good friend who knows and understands you. I would highly recommend this course.
– Angela
Sarah’s course provided me with a greater understanding of working with post-partum women and she was able to do this in a format that promoted self directed learning. I felt that I had something new to offer my patients each week and now feel confident in putting it all together to help women recover postpartum. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to help this population!
– Jennifer B, PT
I loved the focus on breath and re-teaching proper breathing and posture associated with it. Thank you! I offer breathing workshops and include much of the info you covered and now can enhance my breathing workshop offerings with your expert input from the course.
– Jenny
I have learned lots of new exercises and variations and the importance of the diaphragm. I have experienced a lot of SI pain and hip pain within the last couple of years after having my first child. I was in really good shape throughout my pregnancy and after. Ran through half my pregnancy and returned to running not too long postpartum. Nothing ever really stuck and helped long-term – core strengthening, PT to correct alignment, glute strengthening, foam rolling, etc. I definitely think I need to work on some hip pullbacks in addition to those other things. I am currently 5 months pregnant with twins and plan on rehabbing a little differently this time after babies.
– Tamara
Sarah has so much knowledge in pelvic health and women’s issues! Such a great lecturer and teacher as well!
– Isabelle
The information from this course has changed my perspective on how I work with all clients, not just pre and postnatal women. Sarah Duvall is passionate about what she does and is able to relay the information in a way that makes it very easy to understand and you become just as passionate. This course was very valuable to my training and would highly recommend it to other health professionals.
– Becky Petronella Registered Kinesiologist
Awesome course that takes a holistic/whole body view of the pelvic floor and diastasis rehab that is applicable to not just postpartum women but the population in general Thanks Sarah, keep up the great work.
– Brid Norris, Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist, APAM; Matwork Clinical Pilates Instructor APPI
Brilliant course, very in-depth. Lots of really good applicable information and tons of exercises and case study examples. I really liked the balanced approach to the course for example in the postural section learning the reasons why both a posterior and anterior pelvic tilt can be problematic so finding that middle ground is important. This helped me because I can be quite all or nothing. Sarah really explains things well and gives examples of different schools of thought and how actually each one can be wrong or right depending on the situation and the individual in front of you. This was super useful for me to get this kind of perspective. I also loved how the course never missed the connection between the mind and the body. The whole course was excellent and really thought-provoking. I have learned such a lot both for myself and for the patients I see at the physiotherapy clinic where I work. Thank you.
– Holly
For years I’ve been trying to connect anatomy with breathing, and pelvic floor/core health. I’ve always felt that breathing was the keystone to core health, but had a hard time articulating why. This course simplified the material, giving words to my thoughts, and providing many new pieces of information that helped me to see the body differently. Now I feel more confident with explaining what I instinctively knew and imparting new knowledge to my colleagues and clients.
– Katie Ambrogne
The clearest view I’ve had of the body and how everything is connected in a long time. The big picture and putting the pieces together matter so much. The piece by itself (aka pelvic floor or abdominal wall, I’m a PF physiotherapist) is limited in its capacity. But bring everything together and you can do anything. Thank you for this « bringing it all together » course. Very valuable for me and brings me back to my old ortho PT stuff that I half understood (or felt like I was missing something) and blend it with my now PF PT stuff I so enjoy. Thanks again!
– Marie-Ève
I highly recommend Sarah’s course. I have had a great interest in this subject matter for years. It is always a welcomed opportunity to learn more from and gain a new perspective from someone with such a great passion for the material.
– Ryan
I loved this course and have learned so much. It was clear and easy to absorb and easy to immediately apply to my clients. I feel I’ve especially learned how to help get bodies to align, coordinate and function better post-birth regardless of what movement or fitness modality is usually practiced. This work is so applicable to everyone and has really clarified for me that it’s about how you do what you do, it’s not what you do. Thank you so much, It’s been a really interesting and inspiring course.
– Sophie
The majority of my clients are amazing mamas who want to feel valued, respected, and treated as individuals. This course has allowed me to confidently provide safe and effective workouts that help these wonderful women feel and move better in their daily lives. Thank you!
– Luke Robinson, WolfPack Fitness
This was a deeply informative course and has applications well beyond the postpartum population. It has enhanced my yoga teaching and personal practice.
– Eileen
Amazing course! I’ve been a massage therapist for 12 years and even though this isn’t a “massage therapy course” it has provided me with so much great information to help my post natal clients!
– Heather Hazelden RMT
I did a lot of tireless research into finding out how I could best recover from pregnancy and a large diastasis. I stumbled upon Sarah in a podcast, and as soon as I heard her speak, I knew that I had finally found a competent, educated and caring professional that could help me! I was so very impressed with the Diastasis Fix program, and marveled at her sheer depth of knowledge, that I wanted to jump into her brain via this course and learn more, lot’s more! The course was just what I was looking for, the pace was perfect, and I looked forward to each weekly “release” of content. I have already begun to apply my new found knowledge to my clients, class participants, and myself. I cannot recommend this course enough. The world needs more “Sarah’s” spreading a positive message about how you can recover, rebuild, and be your best self after having a baby. Thank you Sarah, I consider you to be a mentor – keep doing what you are doing!
– Rachael Conacher Program Manager/Wellness Coordinator – EXOS
We all need to slow down, assess, notice, and breathe. The breath is our path to healing, finding good function again, and regaining awareness. Until we find harness the power of our breath, we will continue to struggle to find the results we are seeking.
-Jessica Maria Fitness and Wellbeing Specialist
Sarah’s expertise and passion, combined with her talent for teaching made this course one of the best I’ve ever taken. With so much great information presented in such a clear way, I cannot recommend her more highly! I can’t wait to get out there and use my newfound knowledge to better support women through the postpartum period and beyond.
– Nalini Kokatay, CMT
It was a fantastic course! It was great to learn each week and then apply what I learned with my clients all week. I feel that not only did I learn a tremendous amount but slowly integrating it each week was invaluable in remembering what I learned (as opposed to a weekend course). Sarah is a great teacher! She has an excellent understanding of some very complicated issues. She does an amazing job of organizing not only the info but the techniques in a streamlined manner which I could easily implement. I learned a tremendous amount in this course and there were several topics and techniques that I had already been practicing but I didn’t have the explanation behind why or I was not organized in my approach. This was exactly what I was looking for and one of the best courses I have taken in a very long time. Thank you for all your knowledge and bringing so many well informed and varied speakers together. Thank you for organizing and putting it all together!
– Serena Coleman, MPT
The best thing this course has to offer is integrating the whole person and the entire kinetic chain into treatment instead of looking at a woman’s body piece-meal and missing the big picture. I have never taken a course that is so thorough and inclusive of biomechanics and movement patterns to address to bring the body back to health and function.
– Ruth Macy, PT
I highly recommend this course to other women, particularly physical therapists or those working in the medical field and women’s health. I will be recommending you to my colleagues. Thank you for all of the “ah-ha” moments and valuable information on all aspects of post-partum recovery and core exercise for the population in general. I have already started using the breathing and postural techniques in my practice, noticing the improvements in both myself and in my patients. I am looking forward to going through the entire course again from the beginning, as there is so much information to continue to learn and gain. Thank you!
– Katherine
I loved it and live in a community where there are lots of postpartum women. The information that I have now will be so incredible in helping all of these women.
– Sarah Marcus, personal trainer and Fitness Nutritionist.
I found the information learned in this course to be beneficial to all my Women’s Health patients not only Postpartum patients.
– Catherine S Jaquith MPH PT
I found this course a wealth of information, helping me to look at different aspects of the body and the interplay through the kinetic chain of one area affecting another. It allowed me to look at my own body after childbirth and my clients with a fresh perspective. Thank you, Sarah, for sharing this course and your experience.
– Kim Kay Yoga Therapist
This course completely exceeded my expectations. I’ve been able to share so much new information with my students and help them become aware and more knowledgeable of common issues postpartum women struggle with. I’m expecting my second daughter any day now and can’t wait to apply much of Dr. Sarah’s program to my own postpartum journey and compare how my recovery differs from the first time around!
– Jennifer Sbrocchi, RYT-200, RPYT
I can’t say enough about Sarah Duvall and her level of expertise shared in this course. I learned so much more than I thought I would. Not only have I been able to understand and fix issues within my own body (that many different practitioners had no idea of what was going on) but I have been able to teach these principles right away to my clients. Sarah is very supportive of our learning along the way. I’m very glad I took this course!
– Kaz Mattes Postpartum and functional foundations trainer
This course was fantastic. Sarah has such an awesome level of knowledge on postpartum women and how we are therapists can best tap into assisting them on their journey towards their postpartum best. I’ve been a physiotherapist for 23 years and am a mother of two, my daughter is almost 20 and now studying physiotherapy as well, and a son of 16 with a busy practice of 10 people employed I found that being able to study online easy – the bite-sized sections of exercises were really useful and I love that there is always a different and more holistic approach to each person’s issues. The course material fits in well with my personal approach to how I practice which is to look at the big picture – always. I started using new assessments and exercises with patients each week in both male and female patient populations in one of one treatment sessions as well as class format and I’ve loved the response. I had one new female patient who hadn’t gotten out of the bathtub for 10 years without going onto all 4’s to do it and now after two weeks of her new exercises and therapy with me she can get out of the bathtub normally.
– Linda Shacklock Director & Principal Physiotherapist City Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic
I am a physical therapist working in Woman’s Health and am always taking courses to increase my knowledge to better treat my patients. I found this course to be full of useful information. I started day one implementing it into my treatment and have seen positive results. Thank you, Sarah, for a great course.
– Tina
This course was absolutely fantastic for my first online course. It provides videos, evidence-based techniques and thought processes and overall, and case studies. I’ve learned so much about the post-partum population that was never covered in PT school. I would highly recommend this course to fellow colleagues.
– Sarah Coulombe PT, DPT, CSCS, NSCA-CPT
As a physical therapist, I highly recommend this course for PTs to trainers to women simply trying to learn how to regain control of their body. The material doesn’t just cover the anatomy and science but how to put all this amazing information into play immediately. I can’t rave more about how much I’ve learned and have taken away from the course. This is the information that should be taught to all healthcare providers and I am grateful to have stumbled my way onto this course. Thank you Sarah! You are truly inspiring in your dedication to this population and your willingness to share your expertise!
– Jennifer Lavin, DPT
Information in this course is applicable to any professional in the fitness industry. Exercises and concepts can be applied to a wide variety of clients. Sarah’s enthusiasm and skillful ability to break down concepts make this course entertaining and useful. Unlike many courses, I use /apply concepts from this course on a daily basis.
– Laura DPT
This was an incredibly thorough and enlightening course. It is hands down, the best online continuing education course I have taken. Every single lecture and case study gave me information and tools that were immediately relevant to the work I do with my clients. I am so grateful to have found Sarah Duvall and to have benefited from this outstanding course.
– Rachel Maxwell Personal Trainer
As someone who has been in physical therapy since childhood and a fitness instructor for the past ten years, I thought I had already connected a lot of dots. This course has me re-thinking my personal and professional practices. Most importantly is the need to educate as many people out there on the benefits of pelvic floor health and it’s wonderful to learn from someone as passionate about this cause as Dr. Sarah.
– Emily
This course was by far the best professional development I have ever done. It immediately changed how we assess and serve our clients (not just postpartum women). It also helped me to correct low back and hip issues with my own body that go back as far as middle school. Cannot say enough how valuable this course was (and will continue to be).
– Susan Harrison, CPT, Pn2
Sarah Duvall’s course was the most comprehensive and anatomy based training I have come across in the fitness market. She shares her wealth of knowledge on how and why correct breathing is the foundation for everything and corrective exercises to help postnatal women get back to not only being pain-free but strong. This course truly made me a better trainer more than any other certification I hold.
– Angela Rodriguez, BS Certified Exercise Physiologist
This gave me much more knowledge and confidence to address such important concepts. I have been studying various modalities but this knowledge came at the perfect time to allow me to round out my abilities to better serve my clientele. I feel grateful to have met Sarah when I did.
– Rita Matraia, Owner of The Core Connection
This is an amazing course! Sarah does a great job at viewing the body as a whole while incorporating practical and functional day to day tasks. I feel as though I am a better Physical therapist for taking this course. I can apply this information for not only postpartum patients but everyone that walks into my clinic. I highly recommend this course!
– Erin Dinsmore PT DPT
This course provides a wealth of information on post-partum recovery delivered in a very thoughtful and well-organized series of lectures. Dr. Sarah is thorough, engaging, funny, and her case studies and how-to videos are brilliant and clear. I feel confident in my capacity to better assess clients and provide practices that are appropriate and calibrated to the individual. As a yoga therapist, I am especially thrilled with the emphasis on breathing as a primary tool for recovery. I have witnessed it first-hand with my clients, and with the knowledge, I gained in this course, I’ve developed more strategies for helping clients access the power of their breath for healing. I also enjoyed the bonus interviews on a variety of topics from nutrition to sexuality, which provided me with a well-rounded understanding of the many issues facing pregnant and post-partum women. Brava Dr. Sarah!
– Lisa Sack Certified Yoga Therapist
The content of this course was amazing, there is so much I took several months and not weeks over it. I learned a lot about testing different muscles and how to really see what is happening in someone’s body.
– Priya
I have been a fitness trainer for over 15yrs. My main market of clientele has been to women. Knowing what I know now, a lot of women feel that their bodies cannot and will not be repaired. This course has provided me so many ways to specialize in my training to give hope and progress for mothers!
– Dunstan
This class was eye-opening in so many ways. I took the class to learn more ways to help my clients but ended up learning so much about my own movement and breathing patterns. It is easy to take the information from this class and put it to practice right away and see results.
– Rebecca
I am both excited and sad that this amazing course has come to an end. Packed full of amazing information presented in a wonderfully interactive way. Sarah has inspired me to keep learning and helping women to help themselves. This course is awesome and covers so many areas with great content presented professionally. Brilliant Thank you.
– Judi Fuller
As an outpatient orthopedic PT, a former competitive athlete and new mom I simply could not have found a better course to help my personal and professional life. I found this course selfishly looking to help myself heal post-partum. I learned how to help myself, how to help others heal post-partum but I also learned such valuable information about corrective exercise for everyone. I could not be happier with the content and delivery for this course. I highly recommend it!
– Blair Evanosky, PT, DPT
This course was nothing short of amazing! The knowledge and experience that Sarah has in this area and her passion for sharing this knowledge is amazing. I have been able to apply this information in my profession as a physical therapist not only to the postpartum population but to other patients as well. I love how she teaches us to look at the whole picture to figure out what’s going on. I am so looking forward to continuing to grow in this area of postpartum rehab and hope I can continue to learn from Sarah!
– Kaitlin
Sarah has created a great program that really helps bridge the gap between women’s health and orthopedic physical therapy. It is so easy to incorporate these concepts with what you already know but really drives the focus on how it relates to women, and the uniqueness of a postpartum body. Thank you for reminding me to think about my shoulder patient’s pelvic floor when I create their exercise program and how to protect my own pelvic floor when I’m chasing my girls around!!!
– Crista
Thank you for putting together this amazing course, I look forward to helping people in our small military community, the next few years.
– Marriah
I’ve taken several prenatal/postpartum focused courses in the past year, and the Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist course was by far the best! There is no comparison! Sarah is incredibly in-depth with this course, and I feel like I am by far a better trainer, and postpartum women, because of this course! I am able to better help my clients towards recovery in the postpartum, and assist my clients to navigate their pregnancies with minimal pain and discomfort!
– Gina
This was a great course. I really like the way pelvic floor health and overall body function come together- because really, why should they be separate. Sarah does a great job of laying out the information, demonstrating and giving alternative cues and modified versions of exercise. It is great to have a plethora of exercises to choose from because different things work differently for different people. I feel like I was able to look at my own body and make some progress in areas that I was really stuck and that I have been able to help so many of my clients by taking movement back to the basics and building from there. I would highly recommend this course.

Sarah is clearly an expert when it comes to all things related to postpartum healing. As a PT I always appreciate new research updates and learning new ways to look at familiar exercises. Sarah helped me solidify my knowledge of training this population. The case studies were extremely helpful to walk through. I will be able to add more value to my clients thanks to this program!

This course is invaluable and jam-packed with research-driven knowledge, expert experience and interviews, and practical application skills. This has by far been the most engaging, interesting, and applicable course I’ve taken. To say this course was worth the money is an understatement. You will most certainly take something away to not only improve your professional practice but to also enhance your personal well-being. Sarah is an excellent instructor and clearly knows her stuff!

This course has taught me a lot about myself, especially being a postpartum mom of two. The concept of breathing and alignment of the rib cage with the pelvis was stressed so much that it’s instilled in my head now lol. I now know and fully understand how breathing can heal the body, not just for a postpartum Mom, but anyone in general. I’ve used the information I learned and helped a postpartum mom with a diastasis of almost 4 fingers and she is now down to about 3 fingers and lost 5 inches off her waist! She was beyond happy and I was ecstatic! There was so much information here that I need to go back and rewatch the lectures again so that I can slowly digest it. I love and enjoyed this course!

Sarah Duvall has left no stone unturned in this comprehensive course. She is articulate, engaging, and comprehensive. Not only does she provide helpful practical guidance, but she also provides references (full pdfs!) videos, and is very responsive to questions.

I took so much away from the course! I think the biggest things was how much I still have to learn!! The two main lessons for me were learning how to breathe with the pelvic floor and also not bracing navel to spine. I come from a background as a Pilates instructor and I thought my abdominal were strong. But after my 3rd large baby, all 3-day labors, long loooong pushing phases and 3 episiotomies I was in a world of trouble!! Within the first two weeks of learning to breathe into and with the pelvic floor my Sui was gone! I still have a long way to go but I have more knowledge to be able to get there. Great course Sarah! Your enthusiasm for the subject matter is infectious, keep up the great work ?
