Where to Go Next
This series of questions helps you sort out where to go next in the program after you’ve finished the Core and Pelvic Floor Foundation module. Remember, it’s important to make sure you complete this first to do just that—set a great foundation for pelvic positioning and how you breathe and brace. This will give you a great base to expand upon in other movements and positions as you continue to move through the program. Too often, people rush through these basics that can really make a big difference when done correctly. Tune in and pay attention to what you’re feeling and where you feel it. If you’re not sure about something, please post in the group so we can help!
Once you move on from the Foundation module, your answers to the questions below will help you find a main program to work on next: Pelvic Floor Perfect, Diastasis Fix, Happy Hips, Shoulder Solutions, or Fit Feet. Please make sure to answer the questions carefully, because you won’t be able to go back and change your answers.
